Fabric: (1708) 17 oz Double Bias + .75 oz Stitch Matt

This fabric known as 1708 is a stitched fiberglass fabric and is constructed using a layer of Double Bias Knitted Fabric to which a controlled quantity of chopped strand is deposited and stitched.
